What does our carpet cleaning service include?

As mentioned before, we offer one kind of carpet cleaning service,a through meticulous cleaning process that leaves your carpet as clean as possible.

At each home we work in we perform the following steps:

• Move Small Furniture
• Professional Vacuuming
• Application of a deodorizing cleaner for light pet spots
• Pre-Treatment and Traffic Lane Cleaner
• Pre-Spotting of heavy soils to maximize likelihood of removal
• Heavy Duty hot water extraction
• Use of a rotary extractor system where needed for heavy soiling
• Post Spotting for any stubborn spots
• Dye Transfer treatment where needed
• Final Finishing for maximum appearance, softness and rapid drying
• Speed drying with high velocity air movers
• Final Inspection with you to explain the cleaning results and make sure all the work exceeds your expectations

Optional additions to your cleaning service:

• Move all furniture. We will normally not move beds, entertainment systems, or heavy furniture unless requested. This can be added for only certain rooms, or all areas.
• Carpet Protector. We use only Scotchgard™ carpet protector, which we will be happy to apply upon request at an additional cost.Can be added for only certain areas, or all areas.
• Use of Anti-Allergen Hypoallergenic Cleaning products

What are the Anti-Allergen Hypoallergenic Cleaners?

The Anti-Allergen products are made up of plant oils and extracts. Designed for those with chemical sensitivities, allergies, asthma or who simply want to clean their homes in a truly Green way. These products also feature an Anti-Allergen Treatment that will actively reduce the number of allergens from dust mites, animals dander and more in the home for 4 months. Allergy Relief Treatment contains a powerful active ingredient derived from naturally occurring extracts found in certain fruit and vegetable seeds. It works by denaturing the structure of the allergens, thus substantially reducing the IgE antibody-binding capacity of the allergen. As a result they are no longer recognized by the body’s immune system, alleviating the body’s allergic response (allergy attack).

Empty House Carpet Cleaning

We offer a special for empty house cleaning if you are either moving out, or preparing to move into a new home. Our Empty House Cleaning pricing is available only if all furniture has bee removed from the carpet prior to our arrival.
