Commercial Carpet Restoration Cleaning In Denver

Has it been a while since the last carpet cleaning in your business?

Hey it happens, and there is no need to try to explain why. Between taking care of all your responsibilities, caring for your customers, and managing your employees, the last thing you had time for all day was to look at your feet and the carpet. But now it has become apparent that the carpet is in pretty rough shape. Before you hire a company you should determine the answer to these two questions: What kind of cleaning do I need? How can I shop for it without breaking my budget?

What Kind of Cleaning do I Need?

If a carpet has not been cleaned in a while, you need a restoration carpet cleaning. Even though it would be nice to have an exact time frame, the truth is every business is different and will require a restoration carpet cleaning at a different time. Sometimes a business will not need it unless it has been a few years since the last cleaning, but other business get so many contaminants in their carpet they need a restoration carpet cleaning after as little as 3 months since their last cleaning. Look for these things to see if you will need a commercial carpet restoration cleaning:

    • Grease: Lots of grease from a kitchen or a parking lot require heavy-duty cleaners and agitation to remove
    • Heavy traffic patterns: The heavily soiled and compacted fibers will need extra cleaning
    • Lots of spots and spills: The longer they have been in the carpet the more work, cleaners, and time it will take to remove them

How do you get stubborn stains, ground-in dirt, and magnesium chloride out of your commercial carpet? We do it every day while cleaning carpets in Denver with our rotary power extraction wand.

We use a combination of:

    • Proper cleaners and pre-spray for each job
    • Agitation of cleaners in high traffic areas
    • Rotary hot water extraction

We will talk to you and find out what kind of issues affect your carpet the most, and use the right chemistry to safely and thorough remove it from your carpeting. On really compacted and high traffic areas we use a dual cleaning system. By gently agitating the cleaners on the carpet, more contaminants are freed from the carpet and can be removed in the extraction process. Standard carpet cleaning wands spray hot cleaning solution straight down into the carpet, then pull the solution and contaminants straight back up with high-power vacuums. A rotary wand has water jets set on an angle rotating at high speeds, which provides both agitation on the carpet and a thorough flushing of the contaminants from the carpet. The increased scrubbing action of the rotary wand produces amazing cleaning results that could never be expected from a traditional wand. In addition, the rotary wand is equipped with a section of clear tubing in the vacuum hose. This allows the operator to monitor the solution as it is extracted, and continue cleaning areas that are still releasing heavy soils.

Check out our 1:15-second video to see our rotary wand removing heavy grease and ground-in dirt from the high-traffic area of a restaurant. We didn’t select just any rotary carpet cleaner. Ours has received the Gold Seal of Approval from the Carpet and Rug Institute, the highest rating available in the industry.

How Can I Shop for it Without Breaking My Budget?

As you begin to field quotes for having you cleaning done, resist the urge to just hire whoever is cheaper. Remember; Price is what you pay, but value is what you get. In other words, a good way to break the budget is paying for your cleaning twice because of getting a bad job the first time. Instead, ask questions to get an idea of what services are included in an estimate. Some things that might not be include are:

    • Special attention to edges
    • Treating spots and dye transfers
    • Special attention to high traffic areas
    • Dual system cleaning
    • Rotary Extraction/ not bonnet or encapsulation cleaning

So make sure that the estimate you are receiving takes care of the work you want and need done. And As always, get the estimate in writting with all of the service include listed on it.

Remember that a commercial carpet restoration cleaning will be quite a bit more expensive than a regular maintenance cleaning. Sometimes it can run more than 3 times the cost of a maintenance cleaning. So if you want to avoid having to pay a lot for every carpet cleaning, give serious thought to setting up a regular maintenance cleaning schedule.

Before Restoration After Restoration

CleaningCleaning

Have a regular maintenance cleaning of your carpets not only enhances the appearance of your business, but it makes your carpets last longer. Soils in carpet are made of tiny particles with very sharp edges. Those sharp edges cut into your carpet fibers when they are walked on. The cumulative effect of heavy foot traffic on neglected carpet rapidly destroys the fibers. Regular carpet cleaning removes these tiny knife-like particles. We also recommend Scotchgaard® protection, which will absorb most of the punishment that would otherwise be inflicted on your carpet fibers. If you are wonder about cost, just remember that Scotchgaard® is the least expensive part of your carpet to replace, and it can be done quickly after a routine carpet cleaning with no additional disruption to your normal activities.
